Sunday blessing!!

Good Sunday all!! I hope this is a day filled with many blessings!!!

This morning started out with a wonderful breakfast of eggs, sausage, bacon and homemade biscuits!!

Yes it was as good as it looks!!!! Can’t beat homemade biscuits with homemade jelly!!! 

Today will be a lazy day and time to prepare oneself for the coming week! As I reflect the past week I am so thankful for a day spent with my youngest daughter.. we had a wonderful day thrift store shopping... 

What is the coming week for you look like? My goals for the week will be to get some seeds planted for the garden. I can’t wait to be out working more in the garden!!! I have some areas I need to trim up and I plan on doing that Monday!!! Then there is normal house work and baking to do.. Monday there is also cookies that will need to be baked along with bread... laundry to wash and hang on the drying racks... if time allows I will be putting up the outside line Monday also...

Life changes

Hello all!! Well I will be working on the blog again!! Pulling away from Facebook.. so expect more info here..

Life is so funny how it changes.. I am so proud to say I am very happy married.. wow never expected to get married.. but god had other plans and jeff and I are on our way to almost two years of marriage!

We are now living in town in a old farm house!! That we love! Garden are to come!! I will post pictures of the farm house and all the garden prep work that is coming!!

I posted pictures of the pantry and the canning that I did here last year.. well what we have left of that food!!!

Pantry 2020

Hello all!! Been working on the old farm house pantry!!! 

Canning

It's  been a busy few weeks... Here is some pictures of what has been going on here in the farm

Started a new rug...

Worked on canning cheese!!

Also canned up peaches!!

Then there was okra, peas, pinto beans, pears, peaches and lots of butternut squash..

Bread was baked and made the house smell amazing!!

Breakfast sandwiches made out of homemade English muffins!!

Pantry time

Well I am almost done with my pantry! It is looking so nice!! Now to find a chandelier to hang in there to make it look even more fancy!

Well on this little shelf there is 422 jars of food!! Thank you god for these jars!!! Now to finish the pantry painting and count the food there!!!
