It's  been a busy few weeks... Here is some pictures of what has been going on here in the farm

Started a new rug...

Worked on canning cheese!!

Also canned up peaches!!

Then there was okra, peas, pinto beans, pears, peaches and lots of butternut squash..

Bread was baked and made the house smell amazing!!

Pantry time

Well I am almost done with my pantry! It is looking so nice!! Now to find a chandelier to hang in there to make it look even more fancy!

Well on this little shelf there is 422 jars of food!! Thank you god for these jars!!! Now to finish the pantry painting and count the food there!!!

The last few weeks this is a few projects I have been working on... We have over 300 jars of food just in this one shelf.. We also have a pantry full of food.. Thanks to canning... The wonderful thing is we are not done yet!!! I am praying for 4000 jars of food by the end of the season!!! 

Homemade...

I am a lover of everything homemade.. From clothes to food... And anything in the middle.. I look for ways to learn to make things that other buy.. Example iced coffee... Here is a few things that we have been making at home.. And yes I do reuse glasses from fast food places...

Canning

I have been busy canning! I so love this time of the year! There is something about listening to the jars pop letting you know that they are good and sealed! Black beans, kidney beans, pinto beans, onions, and kraut... Life is going to be so good come this winter... 

Working on the pantry!!!

Here are some pictures of the pantry so far... So much more needs to be done... Everyday is a new day and a chance to store food up!!! Thanking God for the food that is in the pantry!!

Life on the little farm

Good morning all.. Today has been a great productive day.. 

The animals have all been taken care of.. I am so loving the chickens, ducks, goose, piggies, goat and mini horse.. I do so want to get more goats for milk.. 

My daughter and son had work this morning so off they went.. 

For myself today there is some canning to work on.. Jars of blackberry jam are now resting on the counter top and all the little pings from the jars sure sound wonderful!!! I also want to can pinto beans today.. 

Tomorrow there will be more canning to get done and also the pantry needs a good cleaning and wiping down.. I will rearrange all the home canned items and get it ready for all the new items I Am working on!! We praying for at least 3000 jars of food this year!!!
